China Qualifier Playoff Teams for VCT Champions Announced

The top three teams from this list of twelve will get to represent the Chinese region in Los Angeles this August.

Valorant Esports China has recently released a list of twelve up-and-coming teams that will be competing against each other in the China Qualifier. The VCT Champions event will feature a total of sixteen teams from all regions, with only the top three Chinese teams advancing to it.

Teams from other regions are not required to go through this process. Their qualification in Masters Tokyo and the upcoming last-chance qualifiers will secure their invitation to the Champions event in Los Angeles.

The format for the China Qualifier has yet to be made public. However, it will take place from July 3 to July 16. Shanghai, China, is where the first offline event for this region will be held. Four of the 12 teams had already qualified for the playoffs based on how they did in Acts 1 and 2 of the FGC Valorant Invitational. The other eight teams got selected through a preliminary Swiss stage in June.
